Location: Germany
countX GmbH is searching for a (Junior) Customer Success Manager who will be the voice and face of our product in the United States. This position requires strong communication skills in both German and English as you'll assist customers by addressing their challenges and providing support to maximize the use of our services.
You'll enjoy flexibility with a hybrid working model, balancing between our offices in Berlin and Bochum and remote work. You'll work closely with clients to help them achieve their goals while fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture.
