Position: Remote Support Center Agent: Troubleshooting & Care
Location: Indianapolis

TCC Solutions is seeking a Support Center Agent based in Indianapolis, Indiana. The role involves reviewing, triaging, and resolving customer inquiries while maintaining a professional demeanor through various communication channels.

Key responsibilities include managing tickets, assisting clients with issues, and maintaining knowledge of workflows. A high school diploma is required, and experience with ticketing systems is preferred. This is a remote position with core hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.
