- As a Customer Service Representative, you will: provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner; maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions; ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly; collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and processes; identify and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity;
utilize company resources and tools to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues; provide product information and recommendations to customers; keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies; proactively seek opportunities to improve customer service and contribute to team goals.
