Introduction

Join our dynamic team as a Contact Center Representative and be the voice of our company to our valued customers. You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. As part of our remote team, you'll enjoy the flexibility of working from home while contributing to a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of customer service.

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and provide appropriate solutions.

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.

  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.

  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

  • Participate in training and coaching sessions to improve skills and knowledge continuously.

  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred

  • Proven experience as a Contact Center Representative or similar customer service role

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite

  • Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment

  • Empathy and patience in dealing with diverse customer issues

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation details: 35-40 Hourly Wage
