• Speaking with clients by phone, email, text, and virtual meetings
• Confirming client information and appointment details
• Providing general guidance and support
• Explaining the next steps in the process
• Keeping records accurate and up to date
• Following up with clients in a timely manner
• Participating in training sessions and team meetings
