Work Schedule: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Are you a customer service professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and being part of a winning team? On Time Experts is looking for an Evening Dispatch Service Representative (DSR) to join our growing team.

This position will begin with 2–3 weeks of paid in-office training at our Garland headquarters before transitioning to a remote work schedule.

• Answer inbound customer calls and provide exceptional customer service.
• Schedule service appointments for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical customers.
• Support dispatch operations and help maximize technician efficiency.
• Communicate with customers regarding appointment updates and service availability.
• Accurately enter customer information and job details into company systems.
• Work closely with dispatchers, technicians, and management to ensure a world-class customer experience.
• Assist with after-hours and emergency service requests.

• Previous customer service, call center, CSR, DSR, or dispatch experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working evenings and handling a high volume of calls.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Home office environment with reliable high-speed internet after training is completed.
