Job Summary

The Customer Care Representative is the frontline representative and image of MTM Health, handling inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities. The role delivers customer service that meets or exceeds NCQA standards, assists with scheduling, and removes barriers to care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities.
  • Manage 60–80 calls per day, with increased volume on Mondays.
  • Navigate system applications to access member data, book appointments, and provide information on services.
  • Maintain accurate call logs and update member records as needed.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.
  • Deliver customer service that meets or exceeds NCQA standards.
Qualifications
  • Must currently reside in Indiana.
  • 1 year of call‑center experience.
  • 6 months of customer‑service experience.
  • Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills.
  • High‑speed Internet access: minimum upload 3

    Mbps, download 30

    Mbps; wireless/Wi‑Fi “air cards” prohibited.
  • Quiet, distraction‑free workspace at home.
