Customer Service Representative​/Data Entry

• Answer customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Resolve customer issues or escalates them when necessary
• Document customer interactions in the company system
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards, including data entry

• Must be able to attend a 1‑week in‑person training in Baldwin, NY
• Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Comfortable using computers and basic software tools
• Reliable high‑speed internet and a dedicated in‑home office away from background noise

• Punctual, dependable, and able to follow directions
• Must live within 30 minutes of Farmingdale, NY
