Business Coordinator (Remote Contract – High Call Volume)
Location: Fully Remote
Duration: 2–3 Month Contract
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: $28/hour
We are seeking a Business Coordinator to support a fast‑paced team during a peak period. This role combines high-volume outbound calling, customer communication, and administrative coordination to keep daily operations running efficiently.
This is not a traditional sales role — you will primarily be connecting with existing contacts and warm leads — but it does require comfort with a call‑heavy environment and consistent daily outreach activity
.
- Make a high volume of outbound calls each day (approximately 80–85) to connect with existing contacts and schedule appointments
- Re‑engage past participants, customers, and inbound leads to coordinate next steps
- Manage scheduling and calendar coordination for internal teams
- Accurately log all activity and maintain records in Salesforce and internal systems
- Provide timely, professional follow‑up via phone and messaging
- Support reporting, tracking, and administrative processes tied to daily outreach
- Collaborate with team members via Slack to ensure smooth coordination
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, coordination, or high‑volume outreach roles
- Comfort with making a large number of outbound calls each day
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tasks across multiple systems
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Ability to follow structured workflows and meet daily activity expectations
- Reliable, self‑motivated, and comfortable working remotely

- Full‑time 8 hour day, working in your local time zone
