RADcube is looking for a Claims EDIHelpdesk Representative to support the Indiana Medicaid account in a fully remote position. The successful candidate will provide front-line support to providers and trading partners regarding electronic claims submissions and inquiries.
This position demands excellent telephone etiquette and the ability to manage a high volume of calls. Qualified candidates should have customer service experience and preferably familiarity with EDI formats.
