Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Czech‑speaking clients with inquiries related to our online payment solutions.
  • Promptly resolve client issues associated with payment processing.
  • Provide training and support to clients on using our payment platforms effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to tackle complex client issues.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in payment technologies.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Czech and English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. You must ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated on your application.
  • Prior experience in customer support, preferably in the payments or fintech sectors, is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills focused on building client satisfaction.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
