Turbo Tax is looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist users with Turbo Tax products and tax return software from home. This role allows you to set a flexible schedule between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, working a minimum of 25 hours a week with opportunities for more hours.
You will support customers in various aspects such as downloading, logging in, and navigating through the software. Strong communication skills and a desire to help are essential, as is an enthusiasm for learning about tax-related queries.
