Shift Options- Full-Time: Monday-Friday 12:30 pm-9:00 pm, every other Saturday 8:00 am-4:30 pm
- Full-Time: Monday-Friday 12:00 pm-9:00 pm, every other Saturday 8:00 am-4:30 pm
- Part-Time: Monday-Friday 2:00 pm-9:00 pm, other Saturday 8:00 am-4:30 pm (no Sundays)
This position is offered on-site in Sioux Falls and remote. Remote employees must live within 50 miles of a PREMIER location or be planning to relocate.
CompensationBase wage: $17.25-$19.15 per hour with opportunities to increase take-home pay.
$3.50 per hour additional for non-traditional hours for top performers.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) compensation is a 10% differential.
Top 75% of associates are eligible for incentives.
Career path from Associate I to Associate IV offers step-up in pay.
Responsibilities- Answer inbound calls about products and services.
- Understand policies and procedures for daily operations.
- Take accountability for customer satisfaction with a highly professional demeanor.
- Maintain a strong phone presence while assisting customers with less than perfect credit.
- Achieve high satisfaction on customer surveys.
- Participate in team meetings.
Extensive paid training program, up to 3 weeks in length, with ongoing training opportunities for future success.
