Service Scheduling Administrator (SSA)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Service Scheduling Administrator (SSA) to support service operations by coordinating, assigning, routing, and adjusting workloads for field service personnel. This role plays a critical part in maintaining efficient operations and ensuring timely response to customer service requests and emergency situations. The SSA serves as a central point of contact for technicians, first responders, and emergency customer calls while providing scheduling support across a multi-state service territory operating 24/7/365.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with experience using SAP and C4C Mobility systems.
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Work Arrangement
Training Period- Onsite training required at:
Charlotte North Operations Center - Training will be conducted five days per week in the office.
- Fully remote
- Part-time position (22+ hours per week)
- Additional hours may be available based on business needs and worker availability.
- Required coverage:
- Weekends: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Holidays: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Assign, route, and adjust workloads for field service personnel.
- Monitor and optimize work schedules based on operational demands.
- Answer inbound calls from technicians, first responders, and emergency customers.
- Research and resolve scheduling and customer service issues.
- Support emergency response operations and after-hours technician assistance.
- Coordinate service work across a multi-state territory operating on a 24/7/365 schedule.
- Monitor workflow and workload distribution for field personnel.
- Utilize SAP and C4C Mobility systems to manage service operations.
- Maintain accurate records and scheduling information.
- Exercise sound judgment and problem-solving skills in dynamic operational environments.
- Collaborate with field operations personnel and leadership teams.
- Ensure timely and accurate handling of emergency service requests.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience using SAP.
- Experience using C4C Mobility (SAP Cloud for Customer Mobility).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and business applications.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment after training.
- Experience in scheduling, dispatching, workforce management, or service coordination.
- Experience supporting utility, natural gas, energy, field service, or emergency response operations.
- Experience managing technician workloads and route optimization.
- Call center or customer support experience.
- Experience supporting 24/7 operational environments.
- Primarily sedentary office/remote work.
