Job Description

The Service Operations Consultant I role contributes to components of programs and processes to support individual business function objectives. This role also provides support within subject matter expertise for assigned program and across the organization for other focused initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Completes assigned tasks and customer support initiatives accurately and within established timelines
  • With direction, participates in and contributes to operational process improvement projects that enhance the customer experience and service delivery
  • Owns, manages, and executes at least one critical recurring operational process to ensure consistent and high-quality service
  • Tracks individual performance, project milestones, and timelines to support timely and effective customer outcomes
  • Composes and communicates professionally in all interactions including phone calls, memos, letters, and emails, to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Continuously evaluates existing operational procedures and processes to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction
  • With some direction, supports the development, design, and implementation of new processes that improve operational effectiveness and the customer experience
  • Monitors due dates and deliverables to ensure timely completion and submission of materials, supporting a responsive and dependable customer experience

Education 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience 2 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Supervisory Responsibilities This job does not have supervisory duties.

Education & Experience (in lieu)

In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Skills

Compensation offered for this role is 45,600. annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
