About the Opportunity

As a Virtual Vacation Consultant, you'll assist clients in exploring travel possibilities, comparing options, and coordinating the details needed to bring their vacation plans together.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with customers, researching destinations, and managing projects in a flexible online environment. Whether clients are planning a tropical escape, cruise, family holiday, or international adventure, you'll help guide them through the process while developing valuable industry knowledge and professional skills.

No prior travel experience is required. We provide training, mentorship, and the resources needed to help you get started.

What You'll Do

Connect with travelers to learn about their vacation interests and priorities
Research destinations, resorts, cruise lines, and vacation packages
Present travel options tailored to client preferences and budgets
Assist with coordinating accommodations, transportation, excursions, and other travel services
Respond to client inquiries and provide support throughout the planning process
Communicate through phone, email, and online communication platforms
Work with travel partners and suppliers to arrange and confirm reservations
Maintain accurate records of bookings, itineraries, and client information
Stay informed about travel promotions, destination news, and supplier updates

Desired Qualifications

Interest in travel, hospitality, customer service, or sales
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
Organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Self-directed and comfortable working from home
Basic computer skills and familiarity with online applications
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Must be at least 18 years of age
