• Assist clients with coordinating travel arrangements including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and activities
• Explore destination options based on traveler preferences and trip goals
• Provide helpful recommendations to support planning decisions
• Communicate with clients using email, messaging platforms, and phone when needed
• Coordinate booking confirmations with supplier partners
• Maintain accurate itinerary details within internal systems
• Stay up to date on travel opportunities, promotions, and destination updates
• Support clients throughout multiple stages of their travel preparation process

• Interest in travel coordination and customer support services
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage tasks independently in a remote workspace
• Comfortable using online tools and computer systems
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the U.S., U.K., or another approved hiring region
