Overview

Our fast‑growing consultancy firm is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Online Consultant to join our team in Washington. As an Online Consultant you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to clients through online platforms including email, chat, and video conferencing. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the industry, and the ability to think critically and problem‑solve on your feet.

• Communicate with clients through various online platforms to provide guidance and support
• Develop deep knowledge of our company’s services and products
• Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to stay updated on best practices
• Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies for improving client satisfaction

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
• Proven experience in a customer service or consulting role
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficient in using online platforms for communication and research

We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this full‑time position.

This job is based in Washington, DC, but we also welcome candidates from other cities within the United States. Remote work options may be available for exceptional candidates.

We are open to all nationalities for this position. However, candidates with experience working with Indian or Egyptian clients will be given preference.

This is a full‑time position, but we may have part‑time opportunities available depending on the candidate’s availability.

For non‑local candidates we can provide assistance in finding suitable accommodation near our office location. We will cover the cost of visa and travel expenses for candidates who require relocation for this position.
