Mod Squad is seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our fully remote team. As the first point of contact, you will assist with account questions, billing inquiries, and technical troubleshooting.
The role requires fluency in both Polish and English, and experience managing multiple customer conversations simultaneously. Candidates must have a commitment of 40 hours a week during orientation and at least 25 hours weekly thereafter. This position offers a dynamic remote work environment.
