Turbo Tax is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work from home and help customers with questions about Turbo Tax products and tax return software. You’ll get compensated $24 per hour and can set a flexible schedule tailored to your needs between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST.
This role includes answering customer queries, assisting with basic navigation, and handling certification processes. A strong emphasis on communication and empathy is required, but no accounting background is necessary.
