Bilingual Benefits Counselor
We are seeking a Bilingual Benefits Counselor for a contract/temporary inbound call center opportunity supporting benefits enrollment and member service needs in the insurance industry. This role is ideal for a fluent Spanish and English communicator who enjoys helping people understand benefit options, resolve website issues, and complete enrollment tasks with confidence.

- Answer inbound calls from customers regarding benefits, enrollment, eligibility, and general account questions.
- Troubleshoot basic website and navigation issues while guiding callers through online tools and systems.
- Assist customers with benefits enrollment and explain complex information in clear, easy-to-understand language.
- Complete occasional outbound follow-up calls as needed to resolve customer issues.
- Work across multiple systems and applications while maintaining accurate information and professional service.
- Meet quality, attendance, productivity, and communication expectations in a high-volume call center environment.
- Pay rate for remote candidates in FL or GA: $16.50 per hour.
- Pay rate for hybrid candidates in Lake Mary, FL: $19.00 per hour.
- Completion bonus available: $1,200, provided quality and attendance policy requirements are met and equipment is returned.
- Contract assignment scheduled to begin with classes in early August and run through December 31.
- Remote positions are available only for candidates located in Florida or Georgia.
- Hybrid schedule in Lake Mary, FL is 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
- Work availability required between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday.
- Overtime availability may be required from October through December, including Saturdays.
- Training schedule is 8:45 AM to 5:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
- Classroom training is 3 weeks, followed by 1 week of nesting.
- No planned time off during Q4.
- Company‑provided computer equipment.
