Location: Elmwood Park
The Racine County of Wisconsin is seeking an Economic Support Specialist who will determine eligibility for public assistance programs including Food Share, Child Care, and Medical Assistance.
This role requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to function in a dynamic call center environment while handling various responsibilities, such as interviewing applicants, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records.
Preferred candidates should have prior experience in customer service and knowledge of computer systems, demonstrating an understanding of confidentiality and critical thinking skills.
