Ikonix-US is seeking a Service Inside Sales Coordinator responsible for analyzing customer data to make service recommendations and provide support. This hybrid position allows for three days of remote work and two days in-office after training.
Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, conducting outbound sales calls, and maintaining CRM databases. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of sales or customer service experience. Benefits include a wellness stipend and eligibility for a 401(k) program after 90 days.
