First Call is seeking a CAT Customer Service Representative for temporary on-call work, activated during natural disasters and high call volume periods. You will provide outstanding customer service while guiding clients through the claims process.
Applicants must have the ability to work flexible shifts and reside in an approved state. You will need a Windows 11 computer and a reliable internet connection. Pay is $15/hour with potential for rehire during peak seasons.
