Join Turbo machinery Latin America as a Call Center Agent and play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support. This position offers the opportunity to engage with clients, address inquiries, and contribute to the overall satisfaction and success of our customers across the region.
As a key point of contact, you will be instrumental in maintaining strong relationships while representing our brand with professionalism and care.
Key Objectives- Provide timely, accurate, and courteous assistance to customers via phone and other communication channels.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Support internal teams by accurately documenting customer interactions and feedback.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing customer questions and requests.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or elevate issues when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and other digital tools.
