This is a remote position.
Compensation $36,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
What You’ll Do- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with care and professionalism.
- Keep customer records updated and assist with retention strategies.
- Work closely with team members to ensure satisfaction and support.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Prior customer service experience is great, but not required—we value your willingness to grow and learn!
