Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent – Remote, USA

This role focuses on delivering exceptional insurance support to our customers from your home. The position is open to licensed agents in 36 preferred U.S. states; we do not hire from Alaska, California, Hawaii, Montana, or outside the U.S.

• Resolve escalated or complex calls from customers.
• Provide quick, compassionate answers and consult on products.
• Answer all incoming communications from customers.
• Research and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Upsell products or services as appropriate.
• Participate in webcam‑based training and coaching sessions.
• Contribute to the overall success of the customer experience and team.

• Active Property and Casualty License.
• Minimum six months of customer service experience.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to explain it while protecting privacy.
• Computer proficiency and high‑speed internet (>25 Mbps).
• USB wired headset (Bluetooth headsets not permitted).
• Smartphone or device running iOS or Android for daily log‑in.

• Base pay of $20.50 per hour plus performance bonus opportunities.
