Remote Client Support Specialist

We collaborate with unions, credit unions, and member-based organizations across Canada to deliver long-term benefit programs that help protect families. In this role, you'll act as a trusted point of contact for families, helping them understand and navigate their benefits with clarity and professionalism.

• Present and explain benefit options through virtual meetings
• Accurately complete and manage required documentation
• Build strong, ongoing relationships through consistent follow-up
• Work closely with team members to improve client experience and workflow

• Must be legally eligible to work in US or Canada
• High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is an asset)
• Experience in customer service, administration, or client-facing roles is preferred

• Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Problem-solving mindset
• Team-focused attitude with a willingness to collaborate
