Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with State Farm and be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and follow up on leads through agency marketing efforts, networking, referrals and walk‑ins.
  • Conduct virtual consultations with customers to assess needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email and text.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information regarding State Farm products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay updated on State Farm policies, procedures, and product offerings.
Qualifications
  • Strong customer service skills and a commitment to helping others.
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Genuine care and concern for helping others.
Requirements
  • Interest in helping others.
  • Minimum 2 years working with State Farm.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license (or willing to obtain).
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
  • People‑oriented.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Proactive in problem solving.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to multi‑task.

This is a remote position.

Compensation $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year.
