• Answer 50+ inbound calls per day to provide exceptional customer service
• Ensure 100% accuracy in policy servicing, billing, and claims support
• Identify retention risks and escalate issues to sales when necessary
• Maintain precise records in CRM and internal systems while executing service workflows
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to drive growth and resolve customer inquiries

• At least ONE YEAR of relevant industry experience (preferably in insurance)
• Fully licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health is preferred
• Strong customer-centric mindset and effective communication skills
• Ability to maintain high standards for personal accountability and follow-through
• Experience in managing customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner

• Previous experience with State Farm or similar insurance companies
• Active participation in coaching and process improvement initiatives
• Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in high-pressure situations
• Familiarity with CRM and internal documentation systems
• A growth mindset that embraces continuous learning and improvement
