Carports Anywhere, located in Starke, Florida, is seeking motivated and outgoing Customer Service Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to our customers, ensuring they have all the information and resources they need. The company crafts and distributes premium steel buildings with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. This is a remote work from home position.

Candidates must be located in the United States and able to work Eastern Standard Time Zone hours.

• Follow up on customer inquiries
• Schedule appointments
• Write emails, memos, and letters and distribute them appropriately
• Contribute to company reports
• Maintain organization of daily duties
• Provide excellent customer service to customers

• High school diploma/GED required
• Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar position
• Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Power Point
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
