This is a flexible, remote role. You’ll help clients plan and book dream vacations, provide personalized recommendations, and ensure they have smooth and stress-free travel experiences. Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available, giving you the freedom to create a schedule that fits your life.

• Help clients plan and book vacations by understanding their preferences, budget, and constraints.
• Provide personalized recommendations and travel itineraries.
• Assist with bookings, confirmations, and travel documentation to ensure smooth travel experiences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and optimize client satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of destinations, products, and promotions.

• Strong communication and people skills
• Customer service experience preferred
• Passion for travel and helping others
• Knowledge of the travel industry is a plus
• English or Spanish (bilingual is a bonus)
