Patient Services Specialist Hybrid

Houston Dose is seeking a Patient Services Operator to join MD Anderson Cancer Center. This role requires providing accurate information to callers using various communication platforms. The candidate must have a high school diploma, two years of customer service experience, and preferably experience in a healthcare call center. The position initially requires onsite training for a few months before transitioning to remote work.
