- Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls while delivering professional, accurate, and empathetic service.
- Assist customers with utility‑related inquiries, including billing questions, payment processing, account updates, and service requests.
- Process service orders and dispatch requests using internal systems and established procedures.
- Research customer accounts, perform basic billing calculations, and provide clear explanations to customers.
- Navigate multiple systems, applications, knowledge bases, and training resources while maintaining call quality and productivity.
- De‑escalate customer concerns, resolve issues when possible, and follow compliance and service guidelines.
- Pay Rate: $20.20 per hour.
