Position: Customer Experience Specialist — Empathetic Family Support (Hybrid)

Tin Can, located in Seattle, is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to enhance customer interactions across various digital platforms. This full-time, hybrid role involves supporting families through their journey with our product, ensuring a friendly and efficient experience.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in customer support, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle technical issues. This position requires presence at our Belltown headquarters Monday through Thursday, with remote work on Sundays.
