Shopventory Inc., DBA Thrive, is seeking a part-time Customer Care representative to support customers through live chat, email, and phone calls. This fully remote position requires 25 hours a week, ideally 5 hours a day, Monday to Friday, focusing on ensuring a great customer experience.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and be passionate about helping customers. Bonus points for Spanish-speaking candidates and those with customer service experience, especially in retail or tech startups. Attractive hourly compensation of $23-$25 based on experience.
