Client Service Specialist (Part-Time Remote)
Our firm is seeking a part‑time Client Service Specialist that will work closely with a team for a Senior Financial Adviser. This is a fully remote position.
Schedule Options (Part-time 10 hrs/week):
Mon-Fri, 4pm-6pm EST
Mon-Thurs, 3:30pm-6pm EST
- Assist the team with daily activities such as preparing client reviews, new account applications, account maintenance paperwork, and service requests
- Maintain accurate client files in CRM
- Client‑facing interaction via phone, Zoom, and e-mail
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Handle confidential and/or sensitive information responsibly
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to practice active listening and communicate in a direct manner
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
At least 2 years of financial services experience.
