Client Success Specialist – Cohere Health | Remote (Boston, MA) Job Summary

Cohere Health is seeking a Client Success Specialist to join its Client Management Team. This remote role offers $65,000–$80,000/year plus comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid parental leave, PTO, and pet insurance.

The successful candidate will support Client Success Managers by managing client communications, monitoring support tickets, analyzing data, and driving improvements in client experience. Healthcare domain experience and direct work with health plans are required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Client Success Managers with daily activities (emails, follow-ups, ticket tracking, meeting notes, admin support)
  • Manage client-facing inbox: triage emails, respond to inquiries, elevate issues, ensure timely resolution
  • Monitor and manage client-submitted support tickets through resolution
  • Analyze client data and metrics to generate insights for internal and client-facing initiatives
  • Support cross-functional projects (communications, implementation, training materials, liaison work)
  • Identify opportunities to improve client experience through feedback and trend monitoring
Candidate Requirements

Essential:

  • 1–3+ years in account management, client success, or similar role
  • Healthcare domain experience (required)
  • Direct experience working with health plans (required)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Confluence, JIRA, Google Suite (preferred)
  • Strong administrative support, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and organizational abilities
  • Adaptability in fast-paced environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
