Job Summary

Millennium Health LLC, an accredited specialty laboratory with over a decade of experience in medication monitoring and drug testing services, is seeking a Customer Service Advocate (CSA). This full-time, remote role offers $43,680–$49,920/year plus comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, tuition reimbursement, and paid holidays.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for inbound calls, live chat inquiries, and customer support cases, ensuring a superior customer experience while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address inbound calls, live chat, and support cases in the Service Center
  • Maintain accurate call records and document customer interactions
  • Perform outbound calls to complete specimen or billing processing and investigate order issues
  • Process amended reports, add-on tests, cancellations, and data entry corrections
  • Update and maintain customer account information in LIS, CRM, and other platforms
  • Provide technical support for the customer portal
  • Route calls and cases to appropriate departments when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, confidentiality, and cybersecurity standards
  • Process new client registrations, contracts, and practice updates
  • Identify customer training opportunities and build rapport with diverse clients
  • Participate in special projects and maintain required competencies
Candidate Requirements

Essential:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • 1–2 years in customer service or similar role emphasizing customer experience
  • Healthcare/biotech administrative support experience preferred
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to handle high inbound call/chat/email volume
  • Attention to detail and ability to correct errors
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable with telephony systems
  • Experience with Salesforce or CRM databases a plus
  • Regular and reliable attendance
