Istss is looking for a full-time Behavioral Health Customer Service Representative in the United States, Maine, to assist members in navigating their care plans and claims. This role requires connecting empathetically with members and performing task-specific reviews of claims and benefits.
A minimum of 1 year in a healthcare call center and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, are required. The expected working hours are Monday to Friday from 11:45 AM to 8:15 PM EST.
