This remote position offers a flexible schedule, including evenings and rotating Saturdays, where you will resolve inquiries and educate clients on our products and services.
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma and be fluent in both English and Spanish, with experience in a customer-facing role. Knowledge of Windows and MS Office Suite is also required.
