Campfire Interactive is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CPQ) based in Ann Arbor, MI. This hybrid role involves building strong customer relationships to enhance retention and loyalty while supporting customers from pilot tests to full production. You will also manage support for cost estimation and quoting processes, and conduct training sessions across geographic markets.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer success or support, along with a BA/BS degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
