Maximus is seeking Customer Service Representatives for a temporary remote position supporting FEMA's disaster assistance efforts. Applicants must reside within 75 miles of McAllen, TX, and will pick up equipment at the office.
The role requires 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, flexibility for nights and weekends, and a minimum salary of $16.00 per hour. Prior customer service experience is preferred, but not mandatory. Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills are essential.
