TTEC is looking for a Spanish-English Bilingual Customer Service Representative to work remotely. In this role, you'll handle escalated customer calls, providing exceptional service and resolving issues efficiently.
The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of customer service experience, strong communication skills in both languages, and must have high-speed internet. TTEC offers a starting wage between $13.50 to $17.25 per hour and an array of benefits including PTO and tuition reimbursement.
