Key Objectives
  • Deliver timely and accurate assistance to members via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve inquiries and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive member experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure member needs are met effectively.
  • Maintain detailed records of member interactions and transactions.
Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to member inquiries and provide clear, accurate information.
  • Assist members with account management, billing questions, and service requests.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Document all interactions thoroughly in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Follow up with members to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
  • Stay informed about company products, services, policies, and updates.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on member concerns and service processes.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
    Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service or member support roles, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
  • Proficient with computers and comfortable using CRM software and communication tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
