Outbound Contacts Representative

Responsibilities
- Represent the company by making outbound contacts to members and/or providers regarding a variety of issues.
- Perform basic administrative, clerical, operational, customer support, and computational tasks on routine assignments.
- Follow up with members and/or providers to ensure requests are completed in a timely manner and meet service and quality standards.
- Interpret area/department policies and determine methods for completing assignments, working with minimal direction and exercising independent discretion.
- 1+ year experience in a call center environment with heavy call volume, auto‑dialer, or inbound/outbound customer service roles.
- 1+ year of customer service experience.
- Must reside in the state of Florida.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, able to speak, read, and write both languages without assistance; must pass a language proficiency assessment.
- Ability to work independently, remotely, and with minimal supervision.
- Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and proficiency in troubleshooting general technical issues.
- Strong typing and computer navigation skills with the capacity to use multiple applications simultaneously.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in a healthcare setting.
- Anticipated start date:
August 2026. - Remote work from home schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00AM–5:00PM Eastern Time. - Occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings may be required.
- Self‑provided internet service must meet a minimum download speed of 25
Mbps and an upload speed of 10
Mbps. - Work from a dedicated space free of ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information.
