CLEAResult is seeking a Bilingual Energy Efficiency Customer Support Specialist to support utility customers in enhancing energy efficiency. This remote position requires strong customer service skills and the ability to navigate various platforms. You will handle inbound calls, offering education on energy programs while providing necessary support.
Applicants must be bilingual in English and Spanish and have a high school diploma or GED. An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and previous customer-facing experience are also essential. Compensation is set at $18.75 per hour plus a monthly internet stipend.
