Forge Trust, a Forge Global company, is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to be the voice of the customer for self-directed retirement accounts. This fully remote role is based in South Dakota, with a schedule Mon–Fri 10:30 am–7:00 pm CST and compensation at $20 per hour, plus experience-based increases.
You will assist clients by guiding inquiries, teaching product features, and collaborating with teams to ensure satisfaction and retention, while enjoying benefits and a supportive culture.
