AAA Club Alliance is seeking a Roadside Assistance Contact Center Supervisor to lead a remote team of 15–20 associates in a high-volume environment, coaching on customer service, quality, and sales skills. You’ll triage member requests, dispatch appropriate services, and ensure timely, safe assistance while maintaining member satisfaction.
Ideal candidates have 4+ years in high-volume customer service, 2+ years in call center roles, supervisory exposure, and strong problem-solving abilities.
