401k is looking for a Participant Services Representative II – Bilingual (Spanish) to provide exceptional customer service to 401(k) participants. This fully remote position requires strong communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will respond to inquiries across multiple channels, guide participants through online processes, and assist with retirement plan education. Candidates must have prior customer service experience, fluency in both English and Spanish, and a high school diploma or GED.
